? = 100 * 27 / 30 = 2700/30 = 270/3 = 90

 

90 minutes is 1 hour and 30 minutes or an hour and a half

That's 90% so far... need another 10%

 

   Divides the ratio by 3...

 30% in 27 minutes, all divided by 3.

 Then 30/3 = 10% in 27/3 = 9 minutes

 

 27 + 27 + 27 + 9 = 90
