The slope intercept format is y = mx + b
where m is the slope and b is y-intercept.
You have: y = (2/5)x + b through (6,2)
Using (6, 2) for (x, y) solve for b
2 = (2/5)(6) + b
2 = 12/5 + b
2 - 12/5 = b
10/5 - 12/5 = b
-2/5 = b
Your line is: y = (2/5)x - 2/5
