the underlying formula that you want to use for Z scores is
Z = (x - mean) / (standard deviation)
so the starting point on this one would be using the set of data to find the mean and standard deviation! then once you have those you can plug each value into the formula to see what the corresponding Z score is ... the way the calculation is set up i would probably use something like Excel because it should make it much simpler to find each value. when i do that i end up finding that there are 2 scores that fall in that range ... Z = 0.03 (for the score 18) and Z = 0.31 (for the score 22)
