Assuming a normal distribution, 75% of patients will wait at least this much time?

Your primary care doctor's office staff has determined the average wait time to see the doctor is 18 minutes, with a standard deviation of 7 minutes.

This is just a tad confusing. In excel, i need, =Norm.Dist(X, Mean, STD, cumm)

I Understand the mean is 18. That the STD is 7. And normal distribution is always true. I just dont understand how to find X when they give the %, like the 75%.

If you could explain that, it would save my day!
