You need to calculate with the average speed, not a wide range.
With average speed and a precise amount of time, the odometer data is irrelevant.
Also, you did not actually state that your odometer (a) is working (b) gives distance in km (c) the reading cited was recorded at beginning or ending of trip. If you had both, you could perform subtraction!
