The denominator stays the same.
The quotient (answer) is the whole number.
The remainder is the numerator.
8 and 1/3
Think of it this way...
You are putting 25 slices of pizza into whole pies where each pie contains three slices (thirds).
You can get 8 whole pizzas, with one slice left.
