Since the delta G is positive, this means that the reaction is non-spontaneous, and would need energy input (such as heat) for it to proceed forward from A to B. However, when the reaction is at equilibrium, delta G equals 0. Thus, following Le Chatelier's Principle, we can see that adding more reactant A than product B would shift the reaction to the right, towards the product.
