The two angles that are SUPPLEMENTARY (note spelling) could be x and 180-x.
If x+5 = 4(180-x) ... this represents "one angle is 5o less THAN (not then) four times the other"
then we have x+5 = 720 -4x
5x = 715
x = 143, so the other angle, its supplement, is 37o.
