Finding Measures of Angles (Multiple Variables)

"AB|(pretend that's a line sign) bisects CD| at point Q. You are given that m<(angle sign)AQD=(2x)° and m<CQB=(5-y)°. Also, CQ=4x-2 cm and DQ=6y cm. Find the values of x and y and the measure of all angles. Show all work"
I've been trying to do this problem for a while now, but I still don't really get what to do. It also says I need to write a specific and clear paragraph explaining my process. Could someone explain this to me?
