distance D = (r+3)*T <--- current speeds up the boat by 3 mph faster; T is the time to get there.
upstream (AGAINST the current)
distance D =(r-3)*(2-t) <--- current slows down the boat by 3 mph slower;
the total round trip took 2 hours; so the time is (2-t)
