domain of ln((e^x)-2)

please help, been doing this assignment all day and I am stuck on this one problem. Have been for like 30 minutes

f(x) = ln(e^x - 2)

 

We cam only find logarithms of positive numbers, so domain = {x l e^x - 2 > 0}

 

    e^x > 2

 

  ln(e^x) > ln2

 

      x > ln2

 

domain:  (ln2, ∞)
