How tall is the goal

The shadow of the goal is 18 ft tall how tall is the goal

There is not enough information given.  It depends on the angle of the
light ... Time of day, position of sun, etc. Is this the complete question?
If given another piece of information such as a tree of a specific height
with a shadow of a given length we can set up a proportion.

I'm not sure why this comment, which is correct, would get a negative vote ....
For example:  If the problem stated that a nearby tree of height 40 feet had
a shadow 20 feet then we could answer the problem and say the goal is 36 feet
