Yes it is terminating.
Terminating means the decimals stop.
Non-terminating means the decimals do not stop.
It's really cool when the decimals repeat with a pattern.
When this happens, the symbol used is either the three dots
...
or the bar __
which means the pattern of digits repeat forever.
For example, 1/3 = 0.3333333333..... = 0.3
The threes go on forever.
9/11 = .818181818181......
which can be written 0.81
The bar underneath or above the digits mean
they repeat forever.
So for example
0.123123123123123..... = 0.123
So terminating mean the decimals stop.
