Write an equation in point-slope form 

(3,0),(-3,2)

1) calculate m, slope, from the two given points, using formula 

2) using any point (preferably (3,0), use the "point slope" form.

 

These formulas are, of course, in your textbook (or equivalent material in today's world) and you MUST have them memorized.
