Algebra 1 - Rules of Exponents Help?

I'm currently doing Rules of Exponents and I need help.

I know you get x^2/y^4 • y^5/x^5 but I don't know what to do afterwards, help?

(x³/xy⁴)·(y/x)⁵

 

(x²/y⁴)·(y⁵/x⁵)

 

Rearranging:

 

(x²/x⁵)·(y⁵/y⁴) = (1/x³)·(y) = y/x³
