Question about Mayans

The Mayans pleased the Gods through human sacrifice so that they would be blessed with abundant agricultural produce. Plus, the Mayans believed that three cosmos existed: The heavens, the underworld, and humans on Earth. Is my understanding of these concepts correct? Just a simple yes or no answer. If the answer is no, please tell me why I am incorrect. Thank you very much!
