Cancellation % as it relates to the total size of the group

Question

Group A is 4.9% of total plans, but 7.1% of cancellations.  Group B is 20.1% of total and 15.3% of cancellations, Group C is 10.5% and 26.8% of cancellations, Group D is 64.3% and 25.8% of cancellations.  Rank the groups, highest to lowest cancellation rate as it relates to each group's proportional share of t100% of the plans.
