We've got two situations here -- the harvest of the first 4 plants and the harvest of the other two.
Our harvest = number of tomatoes per plant * number of plants
Harvest of 1st four = 15 * 4
Harvest of other two = (1/4) * 4 * 2
So the total harvest can be found by...
H = 15 * 4 + (1/4) * 4 * 2.
