Harvesting a portion of tomatoes from a plant

Having a brain freeze today. I am having trouble with starting this problem.

 

Mr. Katz harvested 15 tomatoes from each of four plants. Two other plants produced four tomatoes each, but Mr. Katz only harvested one fourth of the tomatoes from each of these. Write an expression for the total number of tomatoes harvested.

We've got two situations here -- the harvest of the first 4 plants and the harvest of the other two.

 

Our harvest = number of tomatoes per plant * number of plants

 

Harvest of 1st four = 15 * 4

Harvest of other two = (1/4) * 4 * 2

 

So the total harvest can be found by...

 

H = 15 * 4 + (1/4) * 4 * 2.
