I'd ask the desk clerk or other hotel help :-)

If no help was available and/or I had the time and energy, I'd first try 6th floor, room 10

However, if it was in the game Hotel Decimalfornia, I'd guess floor 7, 1st room (same as 7.0), unless, of course, it is in Hotel Real, an infinite hotel with decimal room numbers.
