I haven't figured out the answer yet, but you and Stephanie must be from the same class - she posted the same question :-)

Hmmm...depends on the operation. Adding may produce a negative or a positive, multiplication or division creates a negative, raising to a power could produce either result depending on what is the power (the negative or positive) and if the power is odd or even.Lots of possibilities !
