n + 3n + 7 + 3n + 3 = 80

7n + 10 = 80

3n = 70

n = 70/3 = 23.3 (rounded to the nearest tenth)

One of the sides is 23.3 ft long

Another one is 3*23.3 + 7 = 76.9 ft long

and the third side is 3*23.3 + 3 = 72.9 ft long
