Math problem

ABCD is a trapezoid, m∠B= 90º, m∠ACD = 90º, AB = BC, AC = CD, AD = 12. Find: Area of ABCD.

FYI, in a right isosceles triangle, a 45-45-90 triangle, the hypotenuse is always x√2 where x=side length
therefore AC=√72=√36*2=6√2 which makes AB and BC both equal to 6
I didn't know if you knew this so I did the problem out using the Pythagorean Theorem.
