where would a lesion in the rostral pons tegmentum localize ?

Question

I know the occlusion can be on the long branch of the basiliar artery but most of the online info I find discusses the tegmentum as a whole and I need just rostral and keep getting confused. So where lesion could that lesion be?

 

Symptoms and conditions specific to this are also helpful...it's one of those single question with multiple parts deals (ugh)
