I need the answer for my question on a parabola graph

t - 9 = 0

t = 9

 

t + 1 = 0

t = -1

 

The parabola will cross the x-axis at 9 and -1.

 

The x value for the vertex is halfway in between, so it's 4.

 

y = -16(4 - 9)(4 + 1) = 400

 

Our vertex is (4, 400). The negative in front of the whole thing makes it upside down.
