(1/2)x+11=2nd congruent side

(1/2)x+11+(1/2)x+11=x+22 which is 22 more than x

x+(1/2)x+11+(1/2)x+11=50

2x+22=50

2x=50-22

2x=28

x=28/2

x=14 inches

(1/2)x=11=(1/2)(14)+11=7+11=18 inches for each congruent side

18+18=22+14
