Hi Kenny,
A flipped coin has no sense of its own history. Regardless of whether or not a coin has landed on heads on the previous 100, 1000, or 1 million flips, the probability of landing heads or tails on its next flip will remain the same.
I'd check the coin for cheats. :)

The same logic applies to the roulette ball.
The ball has no idea whether or not it's on a red streak. As long as the physical situation hasn't changed, regardless of its history, the probability of landing on black or red slot will remain the same.
