and b = Intercept = $30 

Eqation f stright line has slope = 4 

 

So the equation becomes 

Y = 4X +30

When X= 0 and Y= 30 which is joining fee

 

After one month payable / paid amount = Y = 4*1+30 =34 

 

So Eq od st line is Y = 4X + 30
