Hi Becky, you cannot solve this problem, but you can evaluate it using the rules of exponents.
(-2x2y-3z)-2
Multiply each variable power and coefficient power by -2:
-21*-2x2*-2y-3*-2z1*-2
-2-2x-4y6z-2
Rewrite with only positive exponents:
y6/(-22x4z2)
And finally:
y6/4x4z2
