Michael,
I'm fairly sure that
150 ≠ (100)(25)(5)

I seemed to have made a typo that I did not see.  But, I should not get a downvote just for a minor typo.  Whoever gave me the downvote is paying too much attention to minor typos rather than errors in procedure.

Uhm... Michael,
150 also does not equal 100(15)....

√1.5 * √150 = √(3/2) * √(100*1.5)

= √(3/2) * √(100(3/2))

= √(3/2)*√(3/2)*√100

= 3/2 * 10

= 3*5

= 15

Michael, you can go in and edit your answer so others who come along aren't confused.  Just a suggestion.

I usually edit my answers, but I did not spot any errors, until another tutor made it known.  Then I realized what I did.

Michael,
Hope you realize I wasn't trying to be a pain.  Just want to avoid confusion with the students.  I've certainly made my share of typos in here.  If I could go back after edits and delete comments, I would. Keep on trucking my friend.  :-)
