Let's distribute the √2...
√2(10√7)=10√14
√2(9√2)=9√4=(9)(2)=18
(10√14)-18

v2 ( 10v7 - 9v2) =     v2 x 10v7   +      v2 x (-9v2) = 10v2+7 - 9v2+2 = 10v9 - 9v4
