So we can say Kelly (K) scored (x-328)

kelly scored 2 times Mary (M) points

therefor M score is (x-328)/2

G+K+M= 5813

 

therefore 

 

X+X-328+(X-328)/2=5813

 

2.5X-522=5813

 

X= 2534

 

kelly score is X-328 which is 2534-328 = 2206
