If you are looking for a single inequality that describes
the "range of comfort":
60 ≤ t ≤ 75
Note I used the "less than or equal to" and
"greater than or equal to" because it says it is
uncomfortable if the temperature is less than 60
or greater than 75. That means it can be equal
to 60 or 75 but not less or more.
