Looks like you've been careless in your posting; me should only be m.  AND you ought to write enough to say "Those are the givens (point and slope), so what's the equation of this line"?  
 
When givens like this are available it's quite natural to put the numbers into the Point Slope form of a line's equation; the rest is EASY.  (In fact, the whole thing is easy, when you think about it!)
