and the second angel be x-8
if we add the two angles together they should equal 90
let the first angle be x

if we add the two angles together they should equal 90
x+(x-8)=90
2x-8=90
2x=98
divide by 2 and x=49
if one of the angles x=49 then the second angle(x-8) would be 49-8=41
proof: if you add the two angles 49+41, you get 90.
