It was also given that the line passes through (-4,2), this info let's us find 'b':
2 = (9/2)(-4) + b
2 = -18 + b
2+18 = b
20 = b
So the slope intercept form is y = (9/2)x + 20
This can be re-arranged into standard form:
y - (9/2)x = 20
-9x + 2y = 40 (multiplied both sides by 2)
