Sketch the graph of y=-2x+3 on the axes below (marks are rewarded for working)

 
the graph in the question basically ran from positive 4 to negative 4 on both the x and y axis.
if anyone can help it'll be greatly appreciated

Use values of x to substitute into the equation and find y. 

Example: y=-2x+3
 
if you choose x=1 then, 
 
y=-2(1)+3
y=-2+3
y=1
The point is (1, 1)
 
 
Repeat the process with new values of x.
