how can I turn an equation of a line into a word problem?

An insect is on a wall, 2 ft above the floor.  It begins to run straight up the wall.  After observing it for a while, you determine it is running up the wall at a rate of 2/3 of a foot per second.  Write an equation that gives its height above the floor as a function of time.
