Determine triangles pair congruency

Question

How can I determine if this pair of triangles is congruent, and how could I justify if they are congruent? Besides, this is all about the SSS postulate.

 

Given: The vertices of ΔABC are A(3, 5), B(6, 2), and C(2, 1).

           The vertices of ΔXYZ are X(-3, 4), Y(-6, 1), and Z(-2, 0)

Use the distance formula:

 

d = √[(x₂-x₁)²+(y₂-y₁)²]

 

to compute the lengths of all six sides: AB, AC, BC and XY, XZ, YZ.  If the lengths of the sides of ABC equal the lengths of the sides of XYZ, then you have SSS congruence.
