So, we need to figure out how many iterations of 3 pedal turns will cover 5280 ft, knowing that one iteration will cover 50ft. To do this, we need to divide the total distance by the distance traveled by each iteration.
5280/50 = 105.6 iterations of 3 pedal turns.
now, lets multiply that number by 3 (the number of pedal turns by iteration) to find the total number of turns.
105.6 x 3 = 316.8 pedal turns.
Likely, we would want to round this number up as you can't really take only part of a pedal turn!
