For how many positive integers x is 130/x an integer?

I don't know anything.

An integer is a whole number--no fractions or decimals.  So you have to find the number of factors that make up 130:
 
1*130
2*65
5*26
10*13
 
So the integers of 130/x which is 130 divided by x would be 1, 2, 5, 10, 13, 26, 65, 130.  If count them you have 8 so the answer is 8 integers.  Other numbers would create a fraction or decimal.

Isn't 1,5,13 and 65 are negative numbers. The question asks for positive integer.

No, they are not negative numbers.  Negative numbers are expressed as -1,-5,-13,-65 to show that their value is less than 0.

Julian is correct.  1, 15, 13 and 65 are positive numbers.
