When I calculating resultant force in equilateral triangle why there is square root vector formula we will put?

We use that formula because it is the Pythagorean Theorem, applied to the particular situation.
The horizontal and vertical components form the two legs of a right triangle and the hypotenuse is the resultant.
So, if we take the square root of the sum of squares of the x and y components, we end up with the resultant (force or distance or whatever your vectors are).
