That's the rate per (one) hour. Multiply by 36 to get 1512 qt per 36 hours.
As for how manny quarts per day, assuming that the factory works around the clock, you'll multiply the daily rate by 24 hours.
You may also do this problem as a PROPORTION. These concepts are important--study until you really get it!
