Applying SImple Math to Everyday Life Activities
Segments are only perpendicular to each other if their slopes are negative reciprocals.
For example, if one segment has a slope of 3, then the segment perpendicular to it must have a slope of -1/3.

If the question is about a number of lines scattered on a blank background and is for a less-advanced math course, the asker probably just needs to be reminded that perpendicular lines are at right angles to each other. The student needs to pick out lines that form something like a + or x, or perhaps would form such intersections if they were extended. As the comment indicates, it's hard to answer without a scan, picture or even description.
