What is the equation for this statement ?

The quotient, of the product 25 and an unknown number, and 45 is -65

When I've run across Quotients being described typically they've involved the specific word order of dividend then divisor, not vice versa, or either/or.
 
So the first equation that Mark M. listed would be the proper equation to go with.  This specific word order is important when "difference of" for subtraction problems too (of course the names for the two terms is completely different; they'd be fancy sounding names like minuend and subtrahend, which hopefully you don't have to know!).  I just coach my students to follow the word order exactly with the operation symbol between the terms whenever they see the words "sum," "difference," "product," and "quotient" in algebra word problems.
