I need to know what will be the slop and y-intercept

Then m is slope (watch the spelling!) and b is the y-intercept.

2y=3x+12 ............ Given

=>y=(3/2)x+6 ............. dividing both sides by 2

This is standard form. Hence slope (the rate of change in y(Ordinate) value with respect to x(abscissa) value is 3/2 and  y-intercept [distance from origin (0,0) to the point on y-axis(Ordinate) where the line that is presented by the given equation intersects  y-axis (Ordinate)] is 6 units.
