Start the diagaram, with 3 circles all partially overlapping. Label the circles A, B, C (labels go on the circumference arcs in such a way as not to interfere with placement, into the various separate portions that have arcs as their boundaries).
Put the percentage numbers into the correct regions, carefully. Begin with 3 in the middle portion that is part of each of the circles. Then work outward from this 'center', making sure to make the numbers consistent, i.e. for that part representing just A and C, you put 10 (because 3% are already accounted for in the ABC 'center').
Consult your textbook for similar examples. Do it yourself--you'll pretty soon get the hang of it.
