The question ask over a fortnight (14 days) what will be my limits?

This sounds more like an integration problem as opposed to a differentiation problem. Usually, with functions, time 0 means the beginning of the problem (initial condition). Time = 1 means after 1 day, time=2 means after 2 days, so time = 14 means after 14 days. So I would say, without knowing the exact problem, that your limits are 0 to 14.
