I have 21 rows of chairs I need the s amount of chairs on each row I need there to be an even amount of chairs

I am stuck on this problem and really need some help, not really the answer but instead some guidance

Assuming you didn't leave anything out, you simply need an even number of chairs in each row to have an even number of chairs in total, since any whole number multiplied by 2 is even by definition (i.e., divisible by 2 with no remainder.)
