This is a similarity problem. It basically is saying 1:30 means for every 1 cm we have, you get 30 cm.  

 

This is easier than other problems since it is 1:30  and not weird like 5:9.  

 

So we can basically multiply each of the given dimensions by 30, and those become the dimensions of the actual library.
