x+y = 3x -y +5
2y = 2x +5
y = x +5/2 is a straight line with upward slope of 45 degrees and y intercept (0,5/2)
also you could solve for x
2x = 2y -5
x = y - 5/2 x intercept is (-5/2, 0)
